Privacy policy

We're a small local brokerage, not a data company. This page says plainly what we collect, why, and what we never do with it.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us — name, email, phone number, and whatever you write in our contact, valuation, tour, rental, or listing-alert forms.
- Account details — if you join the Moore Circle, your email, display name, a securely hashed password, and optional two-factor setup. If you sign in with Google or Facebook, we store the sign-in provider's ID — never your social password.
- What you save — homes you keep, towns you watch, and your alert and contact preferences.
- Session info — a signed-in cookie that keeps you logged in, plus basic device/browser details on sign-ins so you can spot anything unusual.
- Chat & feedback — messages you send through the chat bubble or feedback pill.
What we do with it
- Answer your questions, set up tours, send the listing alerts you asked for.
- Keep your account working — signed-in sessions, saved homes, preferences.
- Watch for abuse (rate limits, sign-in anomalies) so the site stays safe.
What we never do
- Sell or rent your personal information. Ever.
- Share it with advertisers or data brokers.
- Send marketing you didn't ask for — alerts only reach people who turned them on.
Cookies
One cookie: a session cookie that keeps you signed in to the Moore Circle. No advertising trackers, no analytics cookies, no fingerprinting.
Third parties we use
- Hosting — the site runs on Fly.io; data lives on their infrastructure in the US.
- Email — transactional mail (verification codes, replies) is sent through Resend.
- Sign-in — optional "Continue with Google" / "Continue with Facebook" buttons contact those providers only when you use them.
Retention & deletion
Your account and saved homes stay until you delete them or ask us to. Lead messages are kept while we're actively working with you. To see, correct, or delete anything we hold, email levi@mooresignature.com — a human answers, not a ticket queue.
Security
Passwords are salted and hashed; session tokens are stored hashed; sign-ins are rate-limited; two-factor is available on every account. No online system is perfectly secure, but we hold ourselves to real engineering practices, not vibes.
Children
This site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes meaningfully, we'll update this page and note the effective date.
